OUR STORY
Jamie, Michelle and Lasan are three Trailblazers, who have been friends for 30 plus years and they decided to “Bring It on Home” to Beaumont, Texas! After experiencing an earth shaking, spirit reviving encounter in Dallas, Texas at the 2023 Woman Evolve Conference, a fire was ignited, and it is still ablaze. Since the encounter, God spoke to their hearts to do the unthinkable in their local area of assignment- host a Women’s Conference at the Julie Rogers Theater in BMT, Texas and invite 1600 women! “God said to move… SO WE MOVED”! We know that God is ready to do a new thing in the lives of women who are ready and willing to fulfill his will in the earth. And we have made ourselves available to be used by him. That is why we can’t help but to be in hot pursuit of bringing God’s word for this hour to our hometown.
With this Conference….
It is our mission to make sure that every WOMAN we come in contact with by way of family, friendship, workspace, the grocery store, via social media or even from a passing in the park- will be in the theater on July 12th & 13th. We know that God created us as a WOMAN for a time such as this….and we will not miss this moment!
The I AM WOMAN conference will refresh, replenish, revive, restore, rejuvenate, and re-establish, women to the point of rededicating their lives back to Christ in order to be of His use.
So, let the countdown begin…

With numerous years of experience in the industry of event design & planning, these two bloods "sistas," Jamie Davis & Michelle Gilder stepped out on a Leap of Fabulous and launched Classy Sistas Events, LLC. These managing partners are a powerhouse duo that knows how to make the most of any occasion. When you take their Glamour and couple it with your Vision, a "Glam" of art is born. Their work ethic is based upon their core belief that an event last a day, but memories last forever. Classy Sistas Events is a company that excels in integrity, high merit and with a tradition of excellent customer service. This qualified dyad has redefined the event planning arena in terms of custom, stylish, and ritzy décor & design. Their #1 goal is to create a majestic experience that will leave your guest speechless. From extravagant weddings, legendary anniversaries, superb corporate events, country club luncheons, chartered dinner yachts, to a “just the two of us dinners” in your own private backyard...they are equipped to carry their stylish grace and elegance wherever the destination.
Being fully aware that success is futile without extending grace and charity,
Jamie & Michelle are intentional when prioritizing connectivity with their local community in various endeavors. One in particular, that is dear to their hearts, is an annual brunch that they host known as “Mother Moments”. This brunch is extended to women whose mothers have unfortunately passed away. Jamie and Michelle know this pain all too well, as they too, lost their mother in 2014. This was an extremely difficult time but through prayer and by the grace of God, they regained their strength. They shifted their focus and resolve and turned their pain into something positive. Decidedly, they would celebrate her Legacy, her Life and her Lineage. They adopted the motto “Give what she gave and Teach what she Taught! “Our lives will now be the representation of her life, the epitome of her spirit and the reflection of her love. We came to the realization that just because we can’t touch her doesn't mean we can’t honor her.” This observation has become one of their stepping stones for this gathering, while creating a safe space for each woman to grieve and heal through this new normal in their lives.
LaSan Gilder
LaSan Gilder is an enthusiast and perennial entrepreneur at heart.
She is a seasoned Masterstylist and co-owner of DèLuxe Cheveux Salon, and is deeply passionate about beautification in the salon and fashion industry. Regarded as a fashionista herself, she was inspired to delve deeper into women’s apparel by becoming the owner of Looks Couture Studio.
Lasan’s mantra is “empowering women to embrace their style, emphasizing that it's the woman who brings life to the clothes”. LaSan thrives on encouraging, motivating, and uplifting women, whether at the salon or studio.
Her newest venture is geared toward the advancement of individuals who desire to start their own businesses. This led to the establishment of Looks Enterprises, LLC; a co-working space fostering opportunities for new entrepreneurs.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, LaSan actively contributes to community service through various organizations, reflecting her heartfelt commitment to making a positive impact.
